What to write about
- Reporting a profile. Say which profile and what happened. A serious report leads to precautionary suspension before any investigation.
- Running a facility and wanting to be listed — authorisation number, capacity, age range, hours.
- Correcting something. If an opening time, a phone number or a reference on this site is wrong, tell us: local credibility is the only advantage this project has.
- Being a sitter — you do not need to write first, the sign-up form is free and takes ten minutes.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot choose a sitter for you, we cannot vouch for anyone's suitability, and we cannot give legal, tax or medical advice. For anything urgent involving a person's safety, call 112.
Your data
An email you send us is kept only as long as it takes to answer it and to keep a record of a report. We do not sell addresses and we do not send newsletters you have not asked for. The full privacy policy is in Italian.
